  • Yes. Premium Pool Pro Services LLC is fully insured, and our team is professionally trained to handle your pool with care and expertise.

  • We currently specialize in residential pools only. This allows us to focus on personalized, high‑quality service for homeowners.

  • We’ve been serving the Houston area for over 5 years, and established presence in the East to Northeast region of Houston.

Pricing, Billing & Payments

    • Monthly billing on the 1st of each month

    • Payment is due by the 15th

    • New clients are billed a prorated amount on their first day of service

    • We require approval for any work needed before it’s scheduled and done. No surprise bills.

  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH, and autopay. Financing options available.

  • Yes. Autopay is highly recommended to avoid service interruptions. We can help you set this up of have the ease to navigate through our customer portal!

  • No, long‑term contracts. You can upgrade or downgrade your service package at any time.

  • Your weekly service pricing is locked in for one full year from your signup date. For any price increases; you will be notified 3 months in advance.

Weekly Pool Service

  • Depending on the package you sign-up for, our weekly service includes:

    • Skimming surface debris

    • Brushing walls, steps, and tile

    • Vacuuming (as needed)

    • Cleaning pump and skimmer baskets

    • Water testing and chemical balancing

    • Visual equipment inspection

    • Digital service report after every visit

  • Yes, whenever possible. We prioritize consistency so you’re not dealing with a different technician every visit.

  • We assign a consistent service day based on your location and route efficiency.

  • We bill for four weeks per month, even in months with five weeks. If we miss more than four weeks in a calendar month, we apply service credits automatically

Repairs, Installations & One‑Time Services

  • Yes. We handle:

    • Equipment repairs

    • Pump, filter, and heater installations

    • Salt system installs

    • Automation upgrades

    • Leak detection

    • Pool remodeling

  • Yes. Our service call fee is $125, which is deducted from your invoice if you approve the repair. Service call fee’s are removed for Premium PRO Clients.

  • Yes.

    • All leak detection services require 100% payment upfront.

    • Any work financed through us requires 100% payment upfront.

    • Repairs under $500 require full payment upfront.

    • Repairs over $500 require a deposit to schedule, with the balance due upon completion.

    • All deposits are non‑refundable once work is scheduled

  • Yes. We offer financing options, including 0% promotional plans for qualifying clients.

Chemicals & Equipment

  • Yes. Basic chemicals are included. Specialty chemicals (phosphate removers, salt, stabilizer, etc.) may be billed separately with your approval.

  • Yes, but warranty coverage applies only to labor, not the equipment itself.

  • We primarily sell and install Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy equipment for reliability and warranty support.

Service Policies & Guarantees

  • If you’re not happy with your service, we’ll make it right. If you’re still not satisfied, we’ll refund 100% of that month’s service fee.

  • Service may be delayed during severe weather or freeze events for safety. We always communicate schedule changes in advance whenever possible.

  • We offer green‑to‑clean services to restore your pool quickly and safely.

Referrals, Discounts & Loyalty

  • Yes!

    • $100 credit for Premium Pro referrals

    • $50 credit for Premium referrals

    • $30 credit for Standard and Basic referrals

  • Yes, for active duty, retired, and veteran military members and their spouses.

Scheduling, Access & Communication

  • No. As long as we have gate access and equipment access, we can service your pool.

  • Yes. You’ll receive a digital service report after every visit so you always know when we were there and what was done.
